Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Sometimes talk therapy alone isn't quite enough to reach what needs to shift - especially when depression, anxiety, or old patterns have settled in deeply, or when you've tried other things and still feel stuck. Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers another way in.
Under medical supervision, ketamine is used to gently loosen the grip of our usual defenses and habitual thinking, creating room to access feelings, memories, or insights that can be hard to reach in ordinary conversation. It's not a shortcut or a quick fix - it's a tool that, held within a therapeutic relationship, can open doors that felt closed.
The work happens in three parts. We prepare together beforehand, so you feel grounded and clear about what to expect. During the session itself, you're held in a calm, supported space as the medicine does its work. And afterward, we return to what surfaced - making sense of it, integrating it, and connecting it back to your life and your healing.
This isn't something you do alone, and it isn't something that stands apart from the rest of our work together. It's woven into an ongoing therapeutic relationship, where the insights that emerge have a place to be understood and carried forward.
If you're curious whether KAP might be a fit for you, I'd welcome the conversation.
