WELCOME

Change is one of the hardest things we ever ask of ourselves. It can feel especially difficult to shift the things that aren't working when we're already feeling stuck, worn down, or unsure where to even begin.

I believe my role as a therapist is to walk alongside people as they search for a more satisfying life. It takes courage to start that search, especially in the middle of pain or discomfort—and I see it as my job to help make that process feel a little less lonely, and a little more possible.

Maybe things look fine from the outside, but something feels off underneath—a heaviness you can't quite name, a pattern you keep circling back to, a version of yourself you're tired of performing. Or maybe it's clearer than that: a relationship that's hurting, a loss you haven't had room to grieve, a life that no longer fits the way it used to.

Therapy is a space to stop managing everything alone. Not to be fixed, but to be understood—slowly, honestly, at your own pace.

I don't think of therapy as something that happens to you. It's something we build together—slowly, at a pace that makes sense for your life, in a space where you don't have to perform having it together. Some sessions will feel like untangling something old. Others might just be a place to breathe, to be heard, to say the thing you haven't said out loud yet. Both are part of the work.

I'd love for you to look around and get to know a bit more about me and my work.
